By accessing and using Carib Sky Shipping services, you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services.

2. Service Description

Carib Sky Shipping provides air freight forwarding services from the United States to Jamaica. Our services include providing customers with a U.S. mailing address, receiving packages at our warehouse, and forwarding them to Jamaica via air freight.

3. User Responsibilities

As a user of our services, you agree to:

• Provide accurate and complete information when registering
• Maintain the security of your account credentials
• Comply with all applicable laws and regulations
• Not ship prohibited or illegal items
• Accurately declare the contents and value of your shipments
• Pay all fees associated with your shipments in a timely manner

4. Prohibited Items

The following items are strictly prohibited from being shipped through our services:

• Illegal drugs and controlled substances
• Weapons, firearms, and explosives
• Hazardous materials and chemicals
• Counterfeit goods and pirated materials
• Perishable food items (unless properly packaged)
• Live animals or plants
• Items that violate intellectual property rights

5. Pricing and Payment

Shipping fees are calculated based on package weight and dimensions. Additional fees may apply for customs clearance, insurance, and delivery services. All fees must be paid before shipments are released for delivery. We accept major credit cards and other approved payment methods.

6. Liability and Insurance

While we take every precaution to ensure safe handling of your packages, Carib Sky Shipping's liability is limited to the declared value of the shipment, up to a maximum of $100 USD unless additional insurance is purchased. We are not liable for delays caused by customs, weather, or other factors beyond our control.

7. Customs and Duties

Customers are responsible for all customs duties, taxes, and fees assessed by Jamaican customs authorities. We will assist with customs clearance, but customers must provide any required documentation and payment for customs charges.

8. Delivery

Delivery times are estimates and not guarantees. We will make reasonable efforts to deliver packages within the stated timeframes, but delays may occur due to customs processing, weather, or other unforeseen circumstances. Customers may choose between pickup at our location or home delivery for an additional fee.

9. Unclaimed Packages

Packages that remain unclaimed for 90 days after arrival will be considered abandoned. Carib Sky Shipping reserves the right to dispose of abandoned packages and charge storage fees.

10. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting to our website. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified terms.
